Pascal Siakam
Basketball Player
6'9" power forward who made his NBA debut with the Toronto Raptors during the 2016-17 season. He was selected 27th overall in the 2016 NBA Draft by Toronto and was named the NBA's Most Improved Player in 2019. He helped the Raptors win the 2019 NBA Championship.
He played collegiate basketball for New Mexico State University from 2014 to 2016.
While in school he earned the title of Western Athletic Conference Player of the Year in 2016.
He is from Cameroon. He is the son of Tchamo Siakam, the former mayor of Makénéné, Cameroon, and Victorie Siakam. He is the youngest of four brothers.
He and point guard Kyle Lowry became teammates on the Toronto Raptors.
