Erling Aksdal

Jazz artist known for his many collaborations with prominent musicians such as Bob Mover, Herb Pomeroy, and Warne Marsh.
He enrolled in the Berklee College of Music and later studied at Boston's New England Conservatory.
He was commissioned by Moldejazz to write original works both in 1980 and 1995.
He was born in Molde, which was Romsdal's commercial hub.
His many collaborations also included working with the legendary Chet Baker.
