Vincenzo Maltempo
Pianist
An internationally acclaimed classical pianist, Maltempo is their for his recordings of the Etudes of Charles Valentin Alkan, as well as for his proficiency with the piano repertoire of Schumann, Ravel, and Godowsky, among other composers.
Early in his career, he trained at the International Piano Academy and won the 2006 Premio Venezia.
He and fellow pianist Andre Gallo established a prominent music school in the Netherlands.
He spent his childhood years in Benevento, Italy.
Maltempo dedicated his first recording to the nineteenth century Hungarian pianist and composer Franz Liszt.
