Softball player who has played shortstop for Team USA at tournaments like the Junior Women's World Championship. She was previously a two-time Big Ten Conference Player of the Year at the University of Michigan.
She attended Vista Murrieta High School in Murrieta, California, where she was ranked by ESPN as the third-best prospect in the country.
At the University of Michigan, she set single-season records in runs, home runs, grand slams and batting average.
Her parents are Michael and Melissa Romero. Her sister Sydney Romero is also a standout softball player.
She and pitcher Jennie Finch have both played softball for Team USA.
