Notable for his voice acting work, he contributed to the animated television shows Littlest Pet Shop and Ed, Edd n Eddy, as well as to the anime productions Video Girl Ai and Tokyo Underground.
He began his voice acting career in the early 1990s.
He made vocal music contributions to a Sonic the Hedgehog production called Sonic Underground.
Born Samuel Vincent Khouth, he grew up in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. His brother, Gabe Khouth, also had a career as a voice actor.
He and fellow voiceover artist Matt Hill often performed together; their collaborations include Gundam SEED and Monster Buster Club.
