He lent his voice and at times his image to thousands of films and television programs over his 4-decade career.
He served in the Vietnam War in the Special Forces, and after moving back to Los Angeles to act, he found a job writing, directing, and voicing the popular animated series Robotech.
After the end of Robotech, he signed on to deliver news, sports and weather reports for group ADR, featured in several thousand shows and films.
He was married twice and had two sons.
He attended Beverly Hills High School, former school of Hollywood luminaries including Angelina Jolie and Nicolas Cage.
