Upon completing his culinary education at George Brown College, he worked at Kensington Kitchen and Accolade/Crown Plaza.
He returned to George Brown College in 2002 to become a chef instructor.
He was born in Saint Andrew Parish, Jamaica and moved at an early age to Canada.
He is a television personality and renowned chef much like another grill master, Bobby Flay.
