Pierre Sang Boyer

Season 2 finalist of the reality competition series Top Chef France. His first restaurant, opened in Oberkampf, Paris, was called Pierre Sang.
He trained with notable chefs in France, the UK and South Korea.
Through a 2012 campaign called Fish Fight, he helped to raise awareness of banning the fishing practice of discarding edible catches once quotas were reached.
He grew up in Haute Loire, Southern Auvergne, France after being adopted by a French family when he was 7 years old.
Thierry Marx was one of 5 members of the jury that he had to impress on season 2 of Top Chef.
