Delfina Merino
Field Hockey Player
Best known for her career as a field hockey forward for the Argentine national team. She competed as a member of the national team at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, where she earned a silver medal.
She began her youth playing career with the Argentine club Banco Provincia. She played there until 2010.
In 2010, she won the World Cup as a member of the Argentina women's national field hockey team. In 2015, she earned a silver medal at that year's Pan American Games as a national team member.
She was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
She joins famed Argentine field hockey player Luciana Aymar as having medaled at the Olympics as a member of the Argentina national women's team.
