Actress known for her playing Sarah Essen on the TV show Gotham. She also played Melania Ortiz in the show 3 lbs and had a role in X-Men: Days of Future Past.
Her first role came in 1997 on Law & Order. She's since made additional appearances on the show.
Prior to Gotham, her most prominent role may have been as Yazmin in the Pulitzer Prize-winning play Water by the Spoonful.
She has two children, and started shooting for Gotham not long after her second child was born.
She and Morena Baccarin have both had prominent roles on Gotham.
