Known for his roles in numerous films including 2011's Re-encounter, 2013's Whistle Blower, and 2012's A Werewolf Boy. He has also gone on to have acclaimed roles in television shows like Reply 1994 and Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim.
He made his acting debut in 2003 portraying young Woo-jin in South Korea's Oldboy. He later earned a degree in film from Sejong University.
Outside his screen work, he's also performed in stage productions. In 2015, he made his stage musical debut in Le Passe-Muraille.
He was born Ahn Yeon-seok to Ahn Ki-won in Seoul, South Korea.
In the 2015 series Warm and Cozy, he starred opposite Kang So-ra.
