He was a participant in the music reality show La Academia in 2002. Years later he would be a judge on the show.
He has appeared in two telenovelas called Enamorate and Sonaras.
He is from Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. His full name is Yahir Othón Parra.
He was cast as Yahir Jiménez in Enamórate, opposite of Martha Higareda.
