William Henry Moody
Supreme Court Justice
Served as an associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court from 1906 to 1910.
He graduated from Harvard University in 1876 where he befriended fellow classmate President Theodore Roosevelt.
His legacy was honored when The USS Moody (DD-277), a U.S. Navy destroyer, was named after him.
His parents were farmers.
He was the junior prosecutor in the Lizzie Borden murder case in 1893.
