Big & Rich founded MuzikMafia, which consists of many country music artists.
He married Christiev Carothers on January 23, 2005 and they had a son together named Lincoln William Holiday Alphin. They also adopted a son named Dakota Jefferson Holiday Alphin.
He wrote Tim McGraw's single "Last Dollar (Fly Away)."
