Walter Isaacson

An accomplished writer, biographer, editor, and CEO, he published a 2011 biography of Steve Jobs. His other published works include The Wise Men: Six Friends and the World They Made (1986) and Kissinger: A Biography (1992).
He began his journalism career with The Sunday Times of London. Later, he wrote for the New Orleans Times-Picayune.
He served as the CEO of CNN and the Managing Editor or TIME magazine.
He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and he later completed his undergraduate degree at Harvard University. He and his wife, Cathy Wright, became parents to one daughter.
His television network, CNN, featured announcements and voice-over work by legendary actor, James Earl Jones.
