Indonesian preacher who is known for his Islamic beliefs. He is known for his televangelism and hosts the religious program Kata Ustadz Solmed on the SCTV network.
He first gained attention when he won a speech and national lecture contest at the Istiqlal Mosque in 2000. Then in 2011, he started his career as an actor on the Islamic Soap Opera Pesantren & Rock n' Roll.
He is also known for sharing his religious content through his Instagram where he posts for his over 500,000 followers.
He married actress April Jasmine in November of 2011. Together they had a son named Sultan Mahmoed Qusyairi.
He is known for having been a vocal supporter of Anies Baswedan when he ran against incumbent Basuki Tjahaja Purnama.
