First rose to fame for his portrayal of Howie in the popular medical sitcom Scrubs and it's spinoff Scrubs: Interns. He would later go on to voice Lurky in the 2014 Rainbow Brite series.
He began his acting career as a child, debuting in 1994's Little Giants alongside Rick Moranis and Ed O'Neill.
In 2001, he played the title character in the family comedy film Lloyd.
Born in Overland Park, Kansas, he would later settle in Los Angeles, California.
In his sophomore film, Jack, he appeared opposite Robin Williams and Diane Lane.
