Timothy Hollingsworth
Chef
American chef best known as the owner of the Southern California restaurants Otium and Barrel & Ashes. He was named the Rising Star Chef of of the Year by the James Beard Foundation in 2010. He also became the winner of the inaugural season of Netflix's The Final Table.
He was raised as a Southern Baptist in Texas. He worked construction as a teenager and did not attend culinary school.
He was a guest judge on season six of Top Chef.
Her parents are Karen and Quintin Hollingsworth.
She and Koren Grieveson have both been guest judges Top Chef.
