He made his NASCAR debut at the 2000 Sam's Town 250 at Memphis.
He posted seven top-ten finishes in the 2002 NASCAR season.
His father Jim and his brothers Jay and Johnny also competed in NASCAR series races.
He became teammates with Chad McCumbee under Green Light Racing in 2007.
