She began riding motorbikes when she was just eight, and turned professional when she was 16, the minimum age.
She signed a contract with Kawasaki three years before she could legally drive.
Her father, Matt Myers, was an amateur motorcycle racer.
She is from the same city - Mountain View - as fellow motorsports star Matt Bell.
