Football administrator who is best known as GM of the Green Bay Packers, who he led to a Super Bowl XLV title.
He played in the NFL from 1975-1984 as a linebacker for the Houston Oilers.
He began his administrative career in 1992 with the Packers, and briefly left the team for Seattle from 2000-2004, before returning in 2005 to assume the GM role.
He was born in Atlanta, Texas.
One of his very first moves as Packers GM was drafting quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
