She was hospitalized after falling during a stunt on The Late Show with David Letterman in 2004.
Her breakup with a boyfriend inspired her to tattoo the word Love on her foot.
She appeared with Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick in the film Chalet Girl, playing herself.
