Szymon Holownia
Journalist
Polish journalist who is known for his work with the media outlet Newsweek Polska. He is also known for having been the deputy editor-in-chief of Ozone Magazine.
He studied psychology at the Warsaw School of Social Psychology. He started his career in journalism in 1997 when he worked as an editor of the culture department for the media outlet Gazeta Wyborcza. He then went on to work for Newsweek Polska in 2001.
He is known for having won the Bishop Jan Chrapek prize in 2007 for his contributions in building a culture of truth, understanding, and dialogue.
He was born and raised in Bialystok, Poland.
He co-hosts the television program I Have Talent! with fellow journalist and reporter Marcin Prokop.
