Syd Gregory
Cricket Player
A member of Australia's first cricketing dynasty, he played for New South Wales from 1889-1912.
He attended Sydney Boys High School, where he honed his cricket skills.
He mad 58 test appearances in his life, scoring more than 2,200 runs.
His father, Ned Gregory, played in the first ever test in 1877.
He is on the list of Australian captains, which includes Adam Gilchrist.
