Grammy Award-winning American gospel singer and pianist who released a popular album called I Need You Now in 2002.
He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with a Bachelor's degree in history before working as a history teacher for seven years.
He has worked as a licensed preacher since 1997.
He and his wife Carla and have two sons named Tre and Ashton.
He performed for then-president George W Bush at the White House in celebration of Black History Month.
