Simon Rouse

English actor who landed the role of Jack Meadows on the police procedural series The Bill in 1990.
Prior to making it big on The Bill, he appeared in plays at The Other Place Theatre and the Theatre Royal Haymarket.
He has had roles on many British TV series including Boon, Casualty and Robin of Sherwood.
He married Anne Rouse.
He guest-starred in a 1982 episode of Doctor Who, a British sci-fi series created by Sydney Newman.
