Simon Green

British DJ and producer whose better known under the stage name Bonobo. He rose to prominence from the success of his album Days to Come, which was voted Best Album of 2006. He's also known for albums Black Sands and Cirrus, which spurred him to worldwide fame.
He first starting going under the moniker Bonobo with the release of his song "Terrapin" in October 1999.
He's also known under the alias Barakas as one half of Nairobi and Barakas with musician Robert Luis.
He's originally from Brighton, England. He later moved to Los Angeles, California.
His first single off his album Cirrus debuted on Gilles Peterson's BBC Radio 6 program in January 2013.
