Indian actress who is best known for her films and who predominantly appears in Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil films.
After graduating from Army School RK Puram in Secunderabad, she moved to Bangalore to study Law at the Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies. She started working as a real estate lawyer upon graduation. She then started to do several modeling projects and other modeling work before she began her career as an actress.
For her role as the character Rachana in the psychological thriller U Turn, she won the FilmFare Award for Best Actress.
She was born to a Kannadiga family in the town of Udhampur, Jammu & Kashmir. Her father was an officer and her mother was a school teacher.
As an actress in the film Richie, she stars alongside Nivin Paul and Prakash Raj. She can also be seen on her Instagram spending time with Sruthi Hariharan.
