Sasha Skenderija

Bosnian writer who is known for Why the Dwarf Had to be Shot, Cape of Good Hope, and other poetry collections.
He studied at both the University of Sarajevo and Charles University.
He was employed by the Prague National Technical Library.
He was born in the town of Vitez, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He moved to New York City in 2010 and later relocated to Prague.
He was a literary contemporary of fellow Bosnian-Herzegovinan author Miljenko Jergovic.
