Women's basketball coach who won the WNBA Championship and the Coach of the Year award during her first WNBA season as head coach of the Phoenix Mercury. As a player, she was a legendary shooting guard, representing Australia in four Olympic Games.
She grew up on a sugar cane farm in Mackay, Queensland.
She had an illustrious career as a player in Australia's Women's National Basketball League, winning the MVP award as a member of the Brisbane Blazers in 1995.
She married fellow basketball coach Olaf Lange.
She coached Finals MVP Dianna Taurasi to a WNBA title with the Phoenix Mercury in 2014.
