Known for his work in both the Bollywood and Kannada film industries, this Indian screen actor appeared in such films as Amruthadhare, Well Done Abba, and Mukhbiir. In the Kannada cinema, he performed under the name of Dhyan.
He made his Kannada film debut as Putto in the 2001 movie Nanna Preethiya Hudugi. Three years later, he appeared in his first Hindi film, Uuf Kya Jaadoo Mohabbat Hai.
He appeared with Imran Khan and Sonam Kapoor in the 2010 movie I Hate Luv Storys.
He was born and raised in Bangalore, India. In 2011 he married Ritika Jolly.
He co-starred with Shriya Saran in his 2010 Tamil film debut, Kutty.
