Spanish singer who shot to stardom after winning the first season of the reality singing competition Operación Triunfo. In 2002, her debut album Rosa went five-times Platinum and she represented Spain in the Eurovision Song Contest.
She got her start singing at religious events like baptisms and communions.
She performed with other Operacion Triunfo contestants at a concert at Bernabeu Stadium which became the highest-rated concert in Spanish TV history.
Her parents are Eduardo López and Francisca Cortés. She has three brothers.
She competed against David Bustamante on the first season of Operación Triunfo.
