Mexican professional footballer who is best known for playing for the club Guadalajara. While he is known for playing with Guadalajara, he is on loan from the club Pachuca. He is known for his work as a goalkeeper. In May 2018, he was traded to Club León.
With a passion for the sport at a young age, he began training early on in his life and in 2007, he was signed professionally to the club Pachuca.
He represented Mexico in the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup and in 2017, he went on to represent the senior national team in Mexico.
He was born and raised in Mazatlán, Mexico. He married Fany Gurrola and they have two children named Ian and Isabella.
As a member of the Mexican National Team, he can be seen in relation to other players from the team including Guillermo Ochoa, Jair Pereira, Javier Aquino, and Hirving Lozano.
