Chinese marital arts actor who played Liu Kang in the Mortal Kombat film franchise. His supporting performance in Beverly Hills Ninja, which starred the late Chris Farley, bolstered his fame.
He participated in many martial arts competitions and became a four-time California Traditional Forms Grand Champion.
He played a supporting role in the 2008 film, Death Race, and it's 2010 sequel, Death Race 2.
He married Anne Shou in 2009.
He acted alongside Melissa Gilbert in the 1990 film, Forbidden Nights.
