Welsh rugby union footballer who led Leeds to their first Powergen Cup title in 2005. He was named as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Wales by Business Insider in 2012.
He began playing rugby at Rougemont School at eleven.
He became an extreme mountain climber following his retirement from rugby, scaling the tallest mountain on each of the seven continents in a span of just seven months.
His father is Welsh and his mother is Jamaican.
He and Taulupe Faletau have both played for the Newport Gwent Dragons.
