Peruvian politician who is known for having served as a congressman for La Libertad as part of the Alliance for Progress Party. He is also known for being the founder of the activist group and children improvement program Llaccta Peru.
He attended the Universidad Cesar Vallejo and first applied for the Congress of the Republic in 2011's General Election in Peru. During his first term, he was responsible for Decentralization, Regionalization, and Local Governments.
He is also known for being a member of the Budget and General Account Commissions of the Republic, the Agrarian Science, Innovation, and Technology program, and the Labour and Social Security commission.
He married model Brunella Horna in 2018.
