As a toddler, he appeared as a stunt double for the film Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams. He has also appeared in the 2009 film Shorts.
One of his earlier roles was for the film The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3-D.
He portrayed Tony Block in the 2nd part of the Grindhouse double feature called Planet Terror.
He grew up with three brothers and one sister. His father is director Robert Rodriguez.
His uncle is actor Danny Trejo.
