Howards End

About

Helen Schlegel falls in love with Paul Wilcox but is rejected. Her sister Margaret befriends his mother, who decides to leave her the family's home, Howards End. After her death, the will disappears. In order to save the inheritance, Henry Wilcox must fall for Margaret.

The film was based on the novel by E.M. Forster. Actress Emma Thompson won an Oscar, a Golden Globe and a BAFTA for her work in this film.
