She was home schooled growing up.
She won a gold medal in the individual sabre at the 2006 World Championships.
Her parents are named Bill and Beth, and she has a brother Williams.
Clayton Stanley also represented the United States at the 2008 Olympics, winning a gold medal in volleyball.
