Rose to fame competing as a member of Blake Shelton's team on the thirteenth series of The Voice in 2017. She also competed on the eleventh season of America's Got Talent in 2016.
She began singing at the age of five. At eighteen, she moved to Chicago to pursue a career in country music. Between her music gigs, she worked as a nanny to supplement her income.
She has a self-titled Soundcloud and YouTube channel where she has posted both original music and song covers.
Born and raised in Mason, Michigan, she later settled in Chicago, Illinois.
Some of her fellow The Voice competitors included Esera Tuaolo and Natalie Stovall.
