American jazz drummer best remembered for his work during the 30's and 40's with the groups The Bob Crosby Orchestra and The Bobcats.
He got his start performing on radio broadcasts during the early days of radio.
His drum setup was unusual for its time, featuring cowbells, woodblocks, and tom-toms.
His father was cornetist Jules Bauduc.
He and saxophonist Jimmy Dorsey both served stints in the band The Scranton Sirens.
