He was brought up in the mountains of Lebanon in a town called Baakleen.
He became one of the leading pop stars from the Middle East.
He is the oldest of two brothers. He has two kids, Aram and Ayana, with wife and fashion designer Dalida Ayach.
He and John Dolmayan are both musicians from Lebanon.
