MLS manager who debuted in 2004 for D.C. United. He served as an assistant on the US national team from 2007 to 2009.
He was a midfielder for 10 different professional teams, including one MLS team, from 1979 to 2002.
He led D.C. United to the MLS Cup in his first season as manager.
He was born and raised in Pabianice, Poland.
In his first year as manager of D.C. United, he coached Freddy Adu.
