Australian equestrian who won gold medals at the 1996 and 2000 Olympic Games. In 2001, he was inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame.
He studied at Newington College from 1976 to 1979.
He received the prestigious Medal of the Order of Australia for his contributions to Australian sport in 1997.
He has children named Lee, Olivia and Mary.
He and Kieren Perkins have both received the Medal of the Order of Australia.
