Peter Mahovlich

Member of the dynastic Montreal Canadiens team of the 1970s who also took part in the 1972 Summit Series for Canada.
He was drafted second overall by the Detroit Red wings in 1963, and given the nickname Little M, as his older brother Frank was Big M.
An immensely popular teammate, he was also known to be a bit of a goofball, growing plants in his locker and setting fire to newspapers while his teammates were reading them.
He was born in Timmins, Ontario.
He was a teammate of Hall of Famer Guy Lafleur while with the Montreal Canadiens.
