Singer-songwriter and educational psychologist who has written many humorous songs to help children.
He did his doctoral research at Columbia University's Teachers' College and worked as the director of a facility for emotionally disturbed adolescents.
When the major labels balked at releasing his songs, he created his own label, winning awards from Parents' Choice and the Association For Independent Music.
He has three children with his wife
He collaborated with John Ritter on a music video entitled "Wake Up," a piece about child abduction.
