Singer who represented her home country of Iceland in the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Unbroken." The same year, she released her debut EP of the same name, which also spawned the singles "Stronger" and "Lítil Skref."
She attended Verzlunarskóli Íslands High School. She starred in stage productions at the The National Theatre in Reykjavík, including The Sound of Music.
She was a featured vocalist on the song "Hold My Hand" by the Swedish singer September.
Her real name is María Ólafsdóttir.
She was succeeded by Greta Salóme as Iceland's representative in the Eurovision Song Contest.
