Famous for comprising one-fifth of the reggae ensemble Morgan Heritage as a lead singer. He won his first ever Grammy Award for best reggae album alongside his siblings for their 2015 album Strictly Roots.
He first formed Morgan Heritage in 1994 alongside his four siblings. He would make his first public appearance with the group at the Reggae Sunsplash festival in Jamaica.
In 2005, he released his seventh studio album as a member of Morgan Heritage called Full Circle, which peaked at #15 on the Billboard Reggae chart. His group's 2015 Strictly Roots album peaked at #1 on the Top Reggae Charts.
His siblings' names are Una, Roy, Nakhamyah, and Memmalatel. His father is renown reggae artist Denroy Morgan.
He has collaborated with Damian Marley as a member of Morgan Heritage.
