Jamaican reggae singer known for her hits "Yuh Nuh Ready Fi Dis Yet" and "It's a Pity" after her 1994 debut album Big Things a Gwaan.
She grew up with her four siblings in St. Mary and St. Ann, Jamaica.
She lived in Sweden for a few years while recording her 2001 album Sintoxicated. She followed this album up with 2004's Gangsta Blues.
She has not been public about her family life.
She accused American rapper Lil Kim of plagiarism regarding the song "Durty" and asked for all rights to the song.
