Puppeteer
Writer, director, author and puppeteer best known for playing Bear in the TV show Bear in the Big Blue House. He also worked on other shows including Sesame Street and The Muppets for several years.
He started out as a puppeteer on the TV show The Great Space Coaster, where he played Knock Knock the Woodpecker.
He started a TikTok in March 2020, with his first video gaining over 100,000 likes and more than 1 million views. He also began recording a podcast called Noel's Booknook in May 2020.
He got married to Susan Elia in November 1999. The couple had their son Matthew in 2005.
He's appeared on Last Week Tonight with John Oliver since 2014.
